The Three Steps

Our Placement Process

Every student begins with a targeted evaluation. We map individual academic needs to build focused peer groups that drive provincial exam performance.

Step 01

Online Diagnostic Assessment

Students complete a curriculum-aligned digital assessment. This identifies specific conceptual gaps and baseline strengths within the British Columbia secondary curriculum.

Step 02

Targeted Group Placement

We place students into small groups with identical academic objectives. Learning alongside peers with similar goals fosters collaborative drive and deeper understanding.

Step 03

Continuous Progress Tracking

Our tutors monitor weekly progress. If a student needs solo attention, we integrate one-on-one sessions to bridge gaps before returning them to their optimal group.
